Rates listed above are subject to change without notice. 11.5% Sales Tax must be added to these rates. One time $40 Administrative fee per unit for stays from 2-14 nights. One time $50 Administrative fee for stays from 15-27 nights. One month stays will have a one time $85 administrative fee added per condo. One week consists of seven (7) nights. Rates are for up to six (6) persons per villa. Cribs, extra beds, etc. are available for an additional charge. 2 Night Minimum stay required

To make your stay with us as convenient and relaxed as possible, we provide you with a welcome sheet containing pertinent information about check-in/check-out policies, as well as, useful information about Shorewalk's clubhouse and policies. A Shorewalk Guest Book will be provided in each unit.

2 Night Stay Minimum Required
NO PETS, TRAILERS, RV's, BOATS, or JET SKIS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY
A deposit of $200 USD is required PER CONDO with a valid Credit Card. This deposit will cover any fees in regards to damages, stolen items and condos left in dirty conditions. Any charges exceeding $200 USD for these items will be determined by Shorewalk Management and assessed to your credit card.

Confirmation, Payments and Cancellations
Confirmation of Reservations
We will confirm your reservation with Shorewalk via e-mail, fax, or letter.
In order to guarantee your reservation with us, a valid Credit Card is required at the time of check-in. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards.
In the event that you need to cancel a reservation with us, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations within 14 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 1 night charge except for February and March. For February and March cancellations within 30 days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 1 night charge. Your room will be held until the arrival date. If notification is not received by 12:00pm of the following day, designating an alternative arrival date, we will consider the reservation a "no show" resulting in a 1 night charge.
All of Shorewalk's 120 rental condos are self-catering. For your convenience each condo is equipped with an inventory of basic items. This also means that there is no daily maid service UNLESS REQUESTED. It is up to you to maintain the conditions of your rooms and living areas. If you wish to request maid service, please notify the front desk upon check-in.
Maid Service Fees* Light Cleaning - $45.00 Consists of "light" housekeeping duties not involving linens.
* Total Cleaning - $65.00 Consists of a complete cleaning including linens and trash.
